Kids’ Compassion Project featuring Hands Up for the Children (8.19.17)

On August 19, participants will come together to pack supply bags with much-needed food to serve hungry children in Denver. We will send out a Signup Genius to all participants and we ask you to bring $15 – $20 worth of items you can from the needed items list. There is no registration cost. If you are willing to donate items above and beyond the $15 – $20 amount, please let us know so we can plan accordingly. If you are unable to financially make this commitment, please register anyway and just let us know you are unable to donate so we can be sure to solicit more donations from others. We want every child to be able to participate. Feel free to email info@kidscompassionproject.org.

At the event, children and their parents will learn about Hands Up For The Children and the people they serve. They will then actively work together to sort and bag the items. We will also facilitate discussions with different age groups to help the kids walk away with some meaningful takeaways from the event.
